Im looking playing with some diff. fat sources (CLA, Flameout, Sesamin, Flax etc.) & see what happens. Should i use a diff. one at diff. meals or is it ok to fix?
You should take them at different times, Thats what Ive heard from a few different sources. You should have enough meals in the day to allow you to get in all the CLA/fish oil/whatever you need at different times anyway
Can do… ive read on here EFAs are a waste with breakfast so its Fish oil meals 2 & 3, CLA meal 4, Sesamin meal 5 & Flax meal 6.

If you really want to know what each does for you you will need tio take them independently, one at a time for 4-8 weeks and see get tested etc
