In this case its all the same.
Its very simple , 3 lifts no more, so you really make them count.
I just wish 5/3/1 Forever was more accessibleā¦especially in Canada.
Yeah, I like the simplicity of it. I just donāt have a lot in terms of dumbbells, since I workout at home. So might be limited to barbell versions of assistance work.
Yep. Main thing is you hit the top set hard/really push for rep PRs, then pick 2 exercises for 5 sets of whatever.
Youāre overthinking but as weāre here ā¦Barbell rows and reverse grip bench are good substitutes for the dumbell moves.
If really want to be pedantic go to a commercial gym 1 day a week for the leg presses.
My understanding is Jim ships internationally. @Voxel has a copy of the book and heās in Europe.
If you canāt find a way to ship it to Canada send me an email and Iāll mail you my copy
Yep, I got one and Iām in Sweden. Shipping cost was ridiculous so I ended up also buying hard copies of 2nd edition and beyond. But still the total cost was less than some training e-books that is pretty much as good as a random t-nation articleā¦
I had it shipped to China.
To make sure I get max value out of my purchase, I often rest my coffee mug on the cover of the book. This also retains the value of my desk.
