COCKSUCKER. Go jump off a bridge and die, Romney.

If you only had 1/100th the success that Romney has had in his life, you might not be such a bitter little man.
Eh? Im not bitter, I just think saying voting democrat is voting to surrender to terror` is apalling. Apalling.

Maybe you are bitter he is out? Are you a religious nut also?

nice avatar.

Ok, let’s review the dem candidates. Let’s see if their platforms live up to “surrendering to terrorism.”

Both want to set an artifical timeline in Iraq. Out come the majority of troops.

Check.

Both are currently foes of the Patriot Act.

Check.

Both leave the border WIDE OPEN for terrorists to cross.

Check.

Hope I’ve helped you.

To the moRons:

It really is tiresome to return to the board, start reading an interesting thread only to have it ruined by a bunch of twirps having a temper tantrum.

ron paul is a joke of epic proportions. He’s so inconsequential that I’ll bet McCain would refuse to have a press conference lauding his endorsement.

As I think about it, ron paul is taking you clowns to the cleaners. He’s keeping your money for his retirement. Anyone with half a brain cell should be able to see he has no chance in hell of competing in a single primary or caucus.

He’s staying in to profit off you.

Now, out of common courtesy, why don’t you guys start your own thread.

Title it: ron paul: Misunderstood Godhead or whatever psychotic title you can come up with.

Please, Please, Please, stop polluting/spamming interesting threads.

Thanks.

Not so appalling when you listen to the democratic rhetoric.

Are you a religious nut also?

Not at all, just someone with enough intelligence to realize that Romney is smarter, richer and probably better looking than you (and I). Oh, and his wife is also probably better looking than yours, if you’re old enough to be married that is. In short, he’s been a big success in everything that he’s touched. From turning around the Olympics, to business to being a family man and of course politics.

Hence, the word “bitter”.

Sorry I had to spell it out for you junior.

Wow, did you get an erection typing that?

Nobody was predicting this in July.

What can I say, I am guilty of expecting the US public and media to understand the truth when they hear it. I guess we can just expect more of the same.

This is the same population that voted for Bush twice…there is no future.

You were as naive as Nommy. As I tried to pound into both your heads Paul never had a chance.

Remember what I said?

Money, organization, charisma and there was more…

Yea…you were pretty sure I was wrong on all of those points. I was posting good political analysis while you and your side kick were busy with your personal attacks.

Hang your head.
You ever see a kid who doesn’t get his way and is finally sent to his room?

I wouldn’t be surprised if Lifticus threatens to hold his breath until someone elects Ron Paul king of the universe.

He’ll change his belief system before he runs out of breath.

I just questioned you calling RP crazy when he is clearly the only one who understands anything. That hasn’t changed.

Your analysis is flawed. I remember you saying he would drop out. He has outlasted all the front runners…and still has more money than the rest of the GOP candidates.

The point of analysis is to make predictions…which you haven’t done. You (and the media) would like people to believe what you say about “chance” as if it has any relevance to policy. It just makes me want to poke my eyes out. We sit around and talk about the future of this country as if it were a football game.

lifty,

I believe ron paul “suspended” his candidacy due to problems at home.

That should tell you all you knee to know.

Assuming this is true, you predicted Paul would win with a walk-off home run.

July?

Let’s see if memory serves me correctly in July you were claiming that Paul was going to shoot from 6% or so right to the top. You had all sorts of “facts” why this was going to happen. And you wouldn’t even entertain another view point.

I was laughing at you then, and I’m still laughing at you.
In July I was telling you that all roads lead to the Straw Poll in Iowa.

I was telling you that Romney would go far and Giuliani’s lead would fade once people learned who the other candidates were. I was right on both counts.

You can look it up…

Ron Paul had a good chance to be the next president up until December.

It was not that he didn’t come close. You misrepresent what transpired.

The reality is, he came close, and then he fell hard. That’s what happened. First week of January, he was hit by the racist piece, and then his organization seemingly dropped the ball in NH. That alone, ruined his chances. I told you from day 1 that it was all or nothing in New Hampshire. He got nothing, and the race was lost then and there. Not a day before.

We already discussed it in the aftermath of the Iowa/NH primaries, so there’s no need to go over it again.

There is no reason to believe that Ron Paul couldn’t have gone at least as far as Pat Buchanan did in '96 if his campaign made the right moves. Sadly, they didn’t.

And Romney also believes that Jesus came to America and buried gold tablets under the earth. lol. And that the lost tribe of Israel was the original native Americans, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Mormons believe some crazy nonsense. Would you want one running the most powerful nation on earth? Actually having an evangelical president who believes in the Rapture is pretty scary too. F*cking nutbars.

Good looking? Now that depends on what you find attractive. And my wife is much hotter than his.

Romney is a rich bastard. I will give him that.

Yes. I did…wishful thinking as even I do not poses the powers of prediction. Reality. What we want is rarely the way it happens.

Point is, no one predicted that Paul, McCain, and Huckabee were going to be the only candidates left standing six months ago.

These were the names we got to hear:
Giuliani, Romney, and Thompson.

The convention is still 7 months off and McCain doesn’t have enough delegates to win yet. Actually, no one really even knows how many of the delegates are going to sway toward McCain. People who are die hard conservatives don’t really have anyone to vote for if Paul is discounted.

I predict if McCain is going to be the nominee the pill won’t go down easily. It doesn’t matter because as long as Paul isn’t the nominee there will not be another Republican in the White House for at least another 4 years, possibly longer.

(Good news is that it looks like the Dems are going to have a chance to mess everything up with the power of both Congress and the White House.)
