As for my stats…I can’t actually think of a single person I know who has one (that I know of), white or blue collar.
Stated that way, no problemo. I viewed the ‘mouth flapping’ as having a negative connotation.

I just think that it is extremely ignorant and offensive of people to assume that a lower back tattoo on a woman means that she is a slut.
All it took was a comedian calling it a “tramp stamp”. The little lemmings went diving off that cliff after that. It would be nice if people would learn to form their own opinions and not just regurgitate the sentiments of pop culture phrases which are “catchy”.
Exactly. I’m in mangement and my girlfriend used to be as well. We both have tatoos that will not show unless we wear revealing clothes.
This reminds me of that dipshit who, whenever there’s a picture of a tatoo, starts talking about satan and evil n’shit.
I can’t believe this thread has become so retarded! Nikki, you are awesome and I hope you can overlook some of these fools and stick around. Again, I encourage you to post more details of your training and nutrition and future goals, maybe in the Vixen forum

I’m not sure. How many female higher management, lawyers, professionals have you seen wearing “Tramp Stamps” (in non-work settings, obviously)? I haven’t.

While I can understand the ‘tattoo’ side or your reply, and having seen numerous examples of said tattoos from people of various jobs, professionals included, I fail to see what warranted the leap from female professionals with TSs to male/female tattos in general.

Again here here!
In addition to supporting strong fit women and sluttiness i am nosey too.
What are your goals in this time off from competeing?
Are you looking to add more muscle?
Are you viewing as an extended off seson?
Whats your routine like at present? Split? full bodies?
Cardio - are you an LSD girl or like to mix up some intervals/hill sprints?
Diet?
Whats your Macro split, or do you go for weight/pound (better in my opinion)- for example 1g/poung of protein, 1.5g/pount of carbs etc etc??
Fav carb/protein sources?
I could go on but these will do for now i think.
Mick. Supports sluttiness, noseyness and strong birds.

Yes, I agree Jilly. This thread has gone to shit in record time.
Nikki if you still care, some of us are interested in your training and such.

That is a similar type of assumption to make as me saying that guys that make statements like that are complete dickheads.
Oh please.
She’s in a provocative position with thigh-highs and a thong.
I’m really impressed with all the internet chivalry that’s running rampant on this thread, but if she wanted us to admire her athleticism she would have posted a picture of herself jumping rope. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what the focal point of this image is.
It is the same leap that caused to look at one type of tattoo and gather from it that professionals don’t get tattoos like that. You have no clue how many lawyers, nurses, engineers or doctors have what types of tattoos.
Unless you know many of them on a very personal level, you are simply jumping to conclusions. Most people aren’t going to act at work in a profession the way they act on a basketball court with friends. I would expect most people outside of high school to understand this.

I understand your Know-Your-People point of view, though. Each person is different and should be considered as such. Based on this, stereotypes should not exist.
We’ll never agree either on the TS thing either. Your sample is different than mine. Different data, different conclusions. And even if we knew the same people, we probably wouldn’t see them the same way, anyway.
If I take the Know-Your-Sample exercise to its limit, then even if I had a 2500 people sample it would be totally irrelevant when compared to yours, unless your sample and mine overlap.
Some math guy would probably say the data of my sample and corresponding conclusions is an educated guess at best of no predictive value, since yours is different than mine, and that my sample is probably not representative of the population and is skewed demographically or otherwise. To this I could say that human nature is rather constant, but this would start an endless debate.
I understand your Know-Your-People point of view, though. Each person is different and should be considered as such. How does past experience fit in your model?

My past experience is that many of those ancient stereotypes as far as what type of person works what type of job are quickly changing. I don’t fit the stereotype of my profession at all. Most people think I’m a bouncer or play football. That means it doesn’t matter about your population statistics. If you actually begin to apply them to individuals, it will be you getting it wrong.

But both your and Prof. X’s samples have grown now that you both have seen a few more examples of professionals with and without tattoos (Prof X has seen your examples, and you’ve seeing his and others in this thread).
Your samples of professionals with tattoos has grown quite a bit more since there has been multiple posts talking about multiple people in that position with said tattoos.
So why would you “never” agree on this? You’re still living, and thus still obtaining samples from all over, including this very forum.
Oh yea, and Miss Nikki, you are absolutely gorgeous.
Great work on your physique. You looked amazing in your competition photo, as well as in your training photo.
And another thing. I personally think that’s the sexiest place for a woman to get a tattoo (although it’s getting to be almost too much like guys with the bands around their arm).
If my wife were to be willing to get one, I would suggest that she gets it there. If it’s a symbol representing our daughter, I’d recommend that she gets it on her shoulder, arm, calf or ankle.
Unfortunately for the time being, she says she will never get a tattoo, but I don’t think it would make her any more slutty if she did get one on her lower back.

Very true. The timing of this tread coincides with chatting on yahoo with an upper exec lady I know. We’re probably going to go see some rock band tonight. She’s into live bands (was actually shown on some VH1 awards show about a week ago), is a huge KISS fan and loves wrestling. It’s cool that she does not “fit” the executive stereotype.

(Thanks for the comments.)
You are right. She would not be any more slutty with a tat. It’s fuckers like me who would give her a bad rep. J/K
