I’m pretty sure that Fat Fast says no more than aproximately 70% of your REE, but is there a minimum? I’m taking HOT-ROX and Methoxy-7, drinking low carb isopure, fish oil, and the occasional piece of cheese. but im only taking in approximately 700-800kcals/day. My problem is that I cant drink shakes all day long, so I have 1 in the morning, 1 early afternoon, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, and sometimes one before bed.
Oh yeah, im a 22 yr old female, 140 lbs, 5’5, doing meltdown training.
