I have been on injections doing (.25ml) twice a week for a total of 100mg a week. T numbers are between 1300 and 1100.
When i started TRT I started without an A.I since nobody would prescribe one and I had to source my own. In the 8 weeks of TRT before an A.I my E2 shot up to 102. I then started anastrozole and have been on it for 14 weeks now at the standard 1mg per week protocol. I cut them in half and take .5mg twice a week with each injection.
I pulled more blood this week and the results were that my E2 went from 102 to 74 in 14 weeks. A drop, but not as much as I was expecting.
Do I need to keep waiting or is it safe to say I am an under-responder who can up my dosage NOW?
I couldnt remember the exact number from the last test but knew it was over 100. Not on anything else. Just the test cyp and anastrozole using the standard dosage protocol.
I get the AI from india (not sure if we are allowed to specify companies) from a place that has always had legit versions of other stuff i use. 14 weeks and only dropping from 104 to 74 doesnt seem right though.
Suggest that you try a USA RC source for liquid anastrozole product. Most are 1mg/ml, some are 1/2mg/ml
As you are not taking CG, clomid or nolvadex, you are not getting an exaggerated T–>E2 inside your testes. So there is nothing there that is AI resistant. Your anastrozole might be under-dosed. But it does seem to have some effect.
Your current AI dose not listed here. To use up your current supply, your new dose would be old-dose X 74/22 [3.4]
Any tips on getting US based research liquid A.I? Even if it’s not something you can spell out for me, any direction would be great. I can’t remember if I tried last time or whether I went straight to sourced international stuff.
