If there are that many problems with milk for people, I guess the best thing to do would be for them not to drink it.

What do you guys think of drinking milk from the breast of lactating women?
It makes a great lube for pushing them together and…wait I forgot I’m not in SAMA…sorry…

It’s raw so has all the benefits of raw milk.

Don’t have to worry about State Legislature banning it (I think).
I miss growing up on a farm, getting all the raw milk you wanted was great. That and you could eat your pet rabbits if they were bad or you got tired of them.

As for “raw milk” perhaps I’m not a believer yet, but the reason we cook our milk its to prevent contamination. Its like the raw meat argument, it seems to be a gamble with parasites and disease.
After all milk is produced in less than sanitary conditions with the assumption that it will be pasteurized.

Actually my reference to titty milk was not just good fun. It’s raw…why don’t we boil it for fear of contamination?
The truth is that pasteurization started because hygenic conditions at milk farm/factories used to be deplorable.
That has changed. The conditions now are very good and the requirements for “raw milk” are even more stringent. It’s safe and there is just no reason to deprive yourself of the benefits of raw milk. Chances are, you may have alread eaten raw milk products. A good portion of imported cheese, especially blue cheeses, i.e. roquefort, gorganzola, are raw.

What happened if you got tired of your parents?

My neighbours wouldn’t cook them for me.
BTW I do want to add.
Sadly as a drink milk is probably only beneficial to people with European genes. This is due to dietary history and the necessity for Europeans to eat more animal products given a much shorter growing season and cold winters in their temperate climate.
I do have to lol at how the author of “White Poison” turns milk into another form of the “white man’s oppression.” I mean seriously how about instead of bitching about the industry, people spend more time educating others.
There is no doubt that lactose tolerance is a racial trait. Which explains some of the confusion about is milk good or bad.
Surprise surprise, everybody doesn’t respond exactly the same way to a food. I know its the shock of the century, but everybody has unique genetic traits, and so what works for or harms one person will not necessarily work or harm another.
Actually a great example here is poison. In far less than lethal does, and assuming no chronic build up, poisons actually stimulate organisms to grow stronger in constitution than before. Its becasue of the homeostatic response to the stress, much like the response to the stress of exercise. However the problem with this, and why its NOT recommended is: the dose that would cause one individual to respond beneficially, will outrightly kill another.
And then there is the additives, hormones, etc. Of course this is true for practically all “factory” food. I try and buy organic milk where I can.
If I have the chance I might try raw milk, but I’m not about to jump on the raw bandwagon and start eating raw beef like some the weirdos out there. Humans undoubtedly evolved to extract the best nutrition out of cooked meat, since every society from the paleolithic onwards cooks nearly all their meat dishes. And then raw meat dishes are only served as delicacies, especially in antiquity, when the common man couldn’t afford delicacies.
