Unfortunately this isn’t always the case. I would maybe try a few sets at different hand and foot placements and see if any combination feels more natural. I’m just worried about your knee health once you start moving some bigger weights around. It could be more the camera angle than anything, but it looks like there is some significant knee cave, which is typically not good.

Haven’t updated this in a few days. I’ve been working swingshifts for lack of a better word. It’s messing with my sleep patterns this week and I feel like shit. I did some deadlifts and ohp earlier this week, but I am going to rest the next few days and resume sunday. I am trying to rest up as much as I can because I want to start doing am training before work and then go do some conditioning after work. I have a sled hill a few blocks away from my job so I can just get changed real quick and head there after work. I need to drop some pounds anyway. My strength has been going up since I started training again 3-4 months ago, but the work schedule has been draining this week. Back at it sunday.
