I believe it may be due to a change, currently its not clear what exactly causes delayed or premature ejaculation but a few studies have shown that testosterone, prolactin and thyroid hormones all independently affect ejaculation.
Since we are using synthetic hormones which affect one or two, if not all of the above hormones its difficult to pinpoint the cause. I would be inclined to think its related to shifts in prolactin which affects dopamine and also the refractory period the most. @zeek1414
Interesting. My prolactin was pretty high a couple months back, 32 with a 2-15 Ref range. However with P5P I got it down to 10. Zero change in libido or function. Literally two days after starting anavar is when it started. Could anavar be affecting my prolactin?
If it persists I may get more labs drawn just to see what changed from starting anavar.
