Im shopping around for some, but I want to get a good brand. Anyone found a good one? I see alot of sites selling AST, but Im not sure if its good.
The brand doesn’t matter. Just get micronized creatine for the best price you find.
I have a big-ass tub of ON (Optimum Nutrition). Look for the Creapure label and you should be good.
Prolab, HDT, and AST all make good mirconized creatine.
Everyone makes one. Prolab, ultimate, even EAS. You should have no trouble finding one.
I’ve used AST, Twinlab and Met-Rx’s versions. They’re all fine.
