I think it was Zeb that posted a link awhile back (wish I could find it again), but it broke it down by income as to who pays what. If I remember it right you could even modify it to break it down far enough to see where you personally would fall.

I never went to the famed Hamburger University which McDonalds developed to teach their franchiser’s and corporate manager’s how to run their store’s.
