Sometimes people just die. When I go I hope it is abundantly clear that it was the booze strippers and blow from that current evening so as not to leave any questions about whether or not the broccoli did it.
Yeah well, if you gotta go, you might as well skid over the finish line.

A handful of people. No need to play semantics, it is pretty clear.
While I’m sure you will continue looking for opportunities to say “gotcha” and I guess I can appreciate that, just know the advice you were giving snizzle on his bulking diet was weak and off the mark and get over it. My participation in that thread was to steer him right and you just happened to be wrong, its ok though. It happens.
Dude, lol what’s your problem, how does any of that have to do with this?
As for snizzle, it’s asinine to think that telling someone to follow a plan, monitor and adjust is not good advice.
What’s assinine is to tell some one on a 4 week bulking plan to start thousands of calories below maintenance and make a small adjustment two weeks in, lol. And then to storm around looking for an opportunity to say “ha!” You’re being a clown.

Que?
thousands below maintenance? I guess you’ve never seen anyone on these boards say that they bulk on 2200-2500 cals/day?

Lol! Maybe a woman or iron dwarf. Not a 5’11" 190lb male. Don’t get silly.
He will be missed. BFG. He brought a sense of honesty, openness and character to his roles. Although Green Mile is a classic I did enjoy his contribution in Kung Fu Panda and as Kilowog in Green Lantern.

Weird you say that, my brother also met him at a clippers game he said he seemed more around his own hieght of 6’2. Probably related to getting older/ media exaggeration to make him seem taller, he said he was built like a powerhouse though
Yeah my brother had first row tickets and he was in the same row. I’m 6’3" myself and I remember him being around the same height or so.

If it’s true he became a vegetarian, I’d bet his health problems either began at that point, or were exacerbated by the dietary change.
LOL so he died from being a vegetarian for all of 5 minutes?
WTF are you talking about? If you think stuff like this you must have not even the most basic understanding of health, disease or anything much at all.
This is FAR more ignorant than blaming steroids like some would.
How’s the view up there on your high horse?

Just calling you out for talking complete BS, it’s no biggie.
This coming from a twelve year old with the user name “yolo”?

Juicing or not, he’s a big dude. The human heart is a muscle too, and can only handle so much work with the extra size. Ever wonder why bigger dogs don’t live as long? Same applies to people. Anyway, he always came across as a likeable guy. Hope his family is ok. RIP.
Good news ID. You are going to live to the age of 170.

I dont see what the big deal is? It is in no way a stretch to guess that steroid use could have possibly had an impact on him having a heart attack.
From what I read I didn’t see anyone say that steroids caused his heart attack? Did I miss that post?
Also, blaming a heart attack on a vegetarian diet seems quite silly. There are millions of vegetarians out there and you don’t hear about them keeling over and dying by the dozens from heart attacks.
The man was VERY large and more than likely had a genetic predisposition for heart disease (didn’t he have a previous heart attack somewhat recently?)
