Oh, agreed, I saw that when I first started looking into SD. Just curious as to they why behind the back pumps.
There is a website I was given that explained it pretty well. The pumps come from the stress on the liver (which is located in your lower back). You can search for it or ask around on TN for any other info.
I am considering doing a cycle of SD. Am currently using T-Bomb from MHP with some half way decent results. Just curious how the SD will interact with the T-Bomb, or how long I should get off the T-Bomb before starting a cylce of SD with the appropriate PCT.

well its my last week on the MM and M1p cycle for me, i have noticed lots of strength gains and the ability to train harder and longer than before. i have a weight training class in high school and everyone is very supprised the size i have gained and the strength gains since the last time i had that class. they dont know im on gear ![]()
well when im done im doing some novladex or whatever its called and i will post with the results of the complete cycle trust me i was impressed with it , i will get pics if i can.

Yeah, do five sets of HEAVY barbell curls (with the olympic bar in the squat rack), followed with five sets of HEAVY tricep kickbacks, then go over to the cable station, settup up the pulleys at about chest/right below shoulder level, now, facing one of the pulley’s grab the handle, moving towards the center where you grab the handle to the pulley behind you; now that you have both handles pull with one and push the other, doing sets of ten, once you finish pulling with one and pushing with the other, switch up, pull with the hand that was pushing and push with the hand that was pulling. Do five sets of ten, increasing weight with each set
this is why you get lower back pumps (this is how it was explained to me). Sd increased glycogen synthesis and shuttles it to your muscles. your lower back is working all day log if you think about it. it holds you upright while standing or sitting. because of this, the back gets the biggest pump and it seems constant b/c your back never really rests until you lay down.

its not like im shooting a god damn needle into my are every day shooting myself full of shit made by mexicans ! i got a little help from 37 pills of MM, 1 a day for 1 week and 2 a day for 2 weeks, then take some Alpha Male and be done with it. having 0 side affects may he a hint that im not fucking my body up and that they are probably not even doing there job like there made to do. btw my football coaches take this stuff as well.
