I need a product (or 2):
- Something to add to my oatmeal in the morning or to mix with gatorade powder for times I don’t have Surge. (Grow! Whey)
and
- A powder that serves as a LOW CARB meal replacement. I know Metabolic Drive Complete it supposed to be a meal replacement, but I need something low carb. (I’m limiting carbs to breakfast and workouts only). I never read anything about the Low-Carb Metabolic Drive being a meal replacement though, it almost seems like something you add to meals…

PS: My TRIBEX will be in probably tomorrow, and it says to take on an empty stomach in the morning, and on an empty stomach 6 to 8 hours later. My stomach is never empty except for about 5 minutes after I wake up before I wolf down oatmeal & BCAA so what do I do?
