Surge without a doubt but these 2 things are very diffrent and supposed to be used a diffrent times
Surge hands down. PWO nutrition is pretty critical.
Anyone other time you can just eat a protein/carb or protein/fat meal.
they’re 2 totally different products.
one is for post workout, the other is an MRP.
depends on what you “need” more.
