hello there again… got a friend who works a complicated shift pattern, a series of four 9 hour days then 2 days off, four 9 hour nights 2 days off, then 2 12 hour days and nights then four days off… he is very into lifting but since getting this new job he is finding it hard to keep to his before diet… 6 meals a day stuff…
so in my infinite wisdom, i told him to get some Metabolic Drive Complete to act as a meal replacement… he still manages to eat three whole meals a day. from what he says, its oats and fruit in morning, sandwiches with meat in at lunch and then a main dinner with shocking loads of veggies! i thought for him having at least two Metabolic Drive Complete mrps a day he will maintain what he was at before! after all we dont all live in a perfect world!!!
any other ideas for him, or meal time ideas?! there is no restriciton from what i gather with what he can take into work… they wouldnt argue with him anyway…
cheers
any ideas guys and gals?!
Why isn’t he having any protein for breakfast? Other than that I see nothing wrong with what you suggested.

hmmm i dont know to be honest… i can only assum that on his days off he does cardio before breakfast… he wants to get leaner as far as i am aware, so he takes casein b4 bed time…
Pro before bed is great but the first meal of the day should def contain pro.
Just my opinion.

Breakfast should be 12 to 16 oz. fat free or low fat milk with one or two scoops of Metabolic Drive Complete, his oats and fruit (hell, even broccoli) blended. He can then use a shake to two between meals in either water or milk depending on calories desired. Breakfast should be a powerhouse meal or shake to provide fuel for the day.
