This seems like a really bad deal for everyone.
Men lose urinals so canāt slash n dash and women now have to share a scarce resource (the cubical) with more poeple (men).
What do we get in return? Women canāt escape to the bathroom for their silly private conversations?
I guess building owners get to save some floorspace. Good to see weāre actively throwing away practicality for principal now. I always thought urinals were sexist.
I wonder if theyāre going to put dish cloths and hand cloths in their now.

Nah, itās like 40% more money to do this. Instead of partitions for each stall, you are framing, insulating and drywalling each room. Then, you have to drop a fire sprinkler and itās own exhaust fan.
Sq. Ft. Is very similar, regardless. The AHJ requires a specific amount of fixtures so you canāt just reduce the number of stalls.
I think this is a conspiracy to get men to sit on the toilet when taking a piss.
We will leave the toilet seats up (I will do this out of protest at any one of these joints). This will lead to fixed toilet seats. Men will then piss on the seat due to terrible aim and smaller target (I will do this out of protest at any one of these joints).
This will lead to a cover underneath the seat which wonāt open until there is enough pressure plus moisture detection on the seat. Which will likely set of an alarm and have a swat team burst in on you. Weāll all be sitting to take a piss (I will be pissing on the floor as a form of protest - one day, I will piss directly on the seat and have guns ready 
)

As far as I know there are menās and womenās bathroom there as well, just not in the same area. I was there to renew my driverās licence, close to the Service Ontario thing there was a gender neutral bathroom (which I did not use, I would just as soon piss right on the floor). I was also there in the spring for a work-related course on the 2nd floor where there were menās and womenās bathrooms but no gender-neutral one, at least at that time.

So for all intents and purposes itās just a unisex bathroom? No big deal - itās just somewhere to piss.
But is it a necessity to have such a bathroom when menās and womenās bathrooms are already in the same building? Itās 100% political.

Women (and men) have gone back in worse scenarios. I wouldnāt call it over but the OP should consider this one dusted regardless.
I am not keeping my hopes high now. I am moving on with life. What i have learned is a valuable lesson of not reacting negatively and keeping calm and cool no matter how bad the situation is . This is the true essence of masculinity. Strong survives weak dies . Gonna take 2 scoops of N.O xplode and hit gym hard. Cheers guys . Thanks for all the responses .
