Should be a really tight game tonight! At least Canada made the right call in dropping Brodeur who had a shiter against the USA and putting in LUOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGO!!!
Real pity though, was hoping this game would happen in the final.

Canada will hopefully take it, as long as they dont put Perry on the ice. That last shift in the US game was brutal.
Agreed.
On a side note, who else was pissed that Nash didn’t take the penalty shot? Total BS! Crosby already has 4 goals in the tourney? Nash has none…and drew the penalty.
Absolutely, Nash is such a great player. I am hoping he will have a big game tonight
They really should have made Roberto Luongo our main goalie… That is his rink and his ice and 90% of the people in the stands are Canuck fans…
I wonder what the outcome of the US vs Canada would have been with him in net.

Man so much closer, Brodeur had a nightmare! Then again Miller in the US goal was absolutely amazing, near enough stood on his head a few times to keep us out!

Being a flames fan I hate to agree with you. Hoping for a Canada US final!!!

it looks like U.S.A. woke up a sleeping giant when they beat canada. should be some interesting finals
Not really. Canada had the exact same issues in this game as they did in the US game, it’s just that Nobakov let a ton of silly goals through whereas Miller played a fantastic game for USA. Like someone already mentioned above, every single time Canada is turning the puck over at center ice, it is turning into a goal for the other team, their D is playing terrible when they actually get threatened, but it’s not showing as a glaring issue because they put so much offensive pressure on the other team that you don’t notice how easily teams are scoring on them.
To clarify, Miller played above and beyond what is expected of a typical goalie, and without a goalie giving a repeat of his performance, those turnover goals will not be enough to stop this offensive juggernaut that Canada has going this olympics.
