Men and Women, Women and Men

Simple but becomes brutal:

20 pushups.

1 mile on airdyne.

No breaks. Just jump from one to the next.

Then Repeat. I’d do it 5x just to get 100 pushups in and a 5 mile ride in about 20-25 minutes.

It can be scaled though. It can be 5, 10 however many rounds you like.

15 mph, or a 4 minute mile is a fine pace.

Not sure if it’s evil, but:
Jump squats
Push-ups
Mountain climbers
Start with 20 each and work down to 1.
No breaks. (Well maybe tiny breaks.)

She just told me her plan is to make me take a barre class.

Jokes on her, she’s never watched Pumping Iron.

But I still don’t want to do it.

I used to go to Pilates with my former cohortmate on occasion as a social thing.

It was humbling to say the least.

I can deadlift 3xbodyweight but can’t get through some stupid leg lifts :sob:

Update - I found two Wendy’s kids meal bags in the back of her car. She’s busted.

I signed her up for aerial yoga.

Fantastic!!!

Good quote I came across.

“I like men who have a future and women who have a past.”

When you know who said it, it makes a lot of sense.

He liked young men and did not care if a woman was a slut.

That’s the truth.

But without knowledge of authorship, it can be read several different ways.

Which is what I found interesting.

The first part can and always positively. I always read the second part as… sluts. :man_shrugging:

I wasn’t thinking about sex when I read it, so I thought about independent women who know shit I don’t and have done cool shit I haven’t.

The men part I read as ambitious/visionary. Not young fuck bois.
