Considering this weeks topic in T-Mag about eccentric training, why is it that in Meltdown training, that the eccentric part is significantly less than the concentric. Would doing a slower eccentric movements in meltdown training result in better gains? just a thought?
I think Alessi explained that in his interview with T-mag called ‘the next poliquin?’ It releases more GH which helps with fat loss, the main goal of the program.
