PR! The hang snatch technique has been getting better. I felt great and explosive. I had decent sleep last night; my nutrition got sidetracked momentarily, but is back on course.

That was cool, Its time to bring back the flat bench press along with my incline bench press for a double whammy combination for the week. It feels good to bench again.

Doubles and singles and time under tension. Approximately 15-20 seconds isometric holds per rep. That was a solid training session. Back from the long weekend.

I decided to add the front squat at the end for a little extra. The power cleaning technique has been improving very nicely. My nutrition has been on track too :wink:

Split training today for added skill and coordination. Those were awesome combinations; it takes focus to remember the proper sequence. Excellent training today, sweated all over the gym!

I have begun learning a new lifting skill. That was a killer training session. The split stance training is great for coordination and overall athleticism. It’s all about the timing; the weight just goes up flawlessly.
