I think it was in Deadliftians 300:400-500 - “Thalt shall not competeth in Powerethliftiething or thou shalt be smitten, unless thou doeseth cardio whilst bulking”

This is from the book of Bench. It starts off with a prophet of Waterbury telling the masses to do back flips for huge pecs…and then they stone him.
I don’t have enough lulz in stock for this one.

Bet he’s not too worried about staying too lean all year 'round. Now he’s obviously not “Meganewb” overbulked, but he’s a big dude for sure. Obviously he competes in powerlifting, but I think we can all see the ‘bodybuilding’ piece here.
You’ve just stumbled onto one of the biggest running jokes in powerlifting.
You really have no idea.
That post is a year old.
LOL- I have no idea what you’re talking about? Is he photoshopped? I’m definitely not in on ‘the joke’.
x2 Stronghold please explain
He has a habit of randomly posting excerpts of his dark lifting poetry (mostly about his RAGE and drinking the blood of his haters while feasting on the iron). He went something like 5 years without making it through a meet (despite constantly talking himself up online) and earned the nickname “bombzilla”. Having his mom take pictures of him doing most musculars (cover that gyno!) for daily updates on facebook/outlaws/wherever else certain doesn’t help his case.
Not so much about his progress (he is a huge dude, not taking that away from him), but about him being a dramatic, myopic douche who can’t make it through a meet despite all of his tough talk. He’s like the real life RogueVampire.
did he actually compete?? i remember when he posted here and people were constantly telling him to compete and he said that he couldn’t becuase it went against his religious beliefs or something.

I was referring to the guy (thebrute) Steely was linking to from the PL forum. I don’t know if Newb ever competed but I’ve got nothing against him at all. We used to PM on here back in the day and he was a pretty cool kid. I think he didn’t compete because a 7th Day Adventist and has to rest on Saturdays?

You know you’re doing something right when you can stand next to pros and not look like a tard.

LOL I can’t believe they gave that fucking guy a LiveSpill. It almost discredits the entire website.
I think, or hope, that at this point most of the people are ignoring the advice of the articles/livespills and opt to put more weight on the opinions of the knowledgeable forum member like Professor X, KingBeef, etc. Because these people don’t NEED to come up with “new, original” ideas to feed to the community; they only express what they know works.
