i asked him once when he had a log why he wore it so high, i think he responded something like his very lower back had no problem bracing and staying straight, that it was the middle of his erectors or there abouts where he felt he needed and wanted the most support. I actually switched after that to a higher belt in the back, brought lower in the front, especially for bench and squat i really liked it. Definitely try it out.

I have the same problem, so yeah, I will.
He will be lifting in this meet alongside Chris Hickson and Eric Lilliebridge who both used to post here too I think. I think Leeman and Hickson are doing DL only. Interesting to see if Leeman has improved his grip and can go around 850.
That’s awesome. It’s really cool to see him doing so well.
