I lived in highlands ranch for 18 years, loved it. They invested in the outdoors there a lot even then. I miss it
@georgiepecker I am not sure where you heard that high SHGB was a good thing. It binds free T so your muscles canāt use it. You just piss it out, wasted juice. The real problem with low SHGB is it also is not there to bind E2 so your free E2 can be super high just like your Free T. You want high Free T you donāt want high Free E2. For some high free E2 can make one super moody others it does nothing.
When I started TRT back in 2016 my SHGB was 29. The lowest it ever got was 26 at TRT levels.
Only when I started blasting twice a year did my SHGB drop to below range and it seem to be stuck there.
It should not be high but it should be in range so that your body and hormones function properly. Low is bad
@lordgains Thank you for the kind words. I think my nephew is winning the gnarliest beard contest, but I am OK with that. We do what we can to stay in touch with family and friends during covid. The thing is Iām kind of liking the beard I might not shave it off post covid. The wife doesnāt seem to mind either since it is long enough it no longer causes rug burns.
Maybe up the androgenic compounds? Haha
Great idea man!
