Mechanical Drop Sets To Get Jacked

Along with rest/pause the mechanical drop set is my go-to set extension method for maximum growth.

It’s essentially a superset of 2-4 variations of the same exercise or pattern done with the same weight.

For example: pronated DB curl — supinated DB curl — hammer curl

Or…

DB shoulder press — DB high incline press (60 deg) — DB low incline press (30 deg)

You can even use slightly different patterns like ;

DB front raise — DB lateral raise — DB Arnold press

The possibilities are almost handless
