Serious question. You haven’t gotten that big so how do you know how much fat I had to gain to do it?
I started seriously training 2.5 years ago at 155 now I am 215-220 never lost my 6 pack serratus obliques and only gain more veins in my shoulders and arms as I grow

Yep no progress
No dog in this hunt.

Looked in your hub you have made great progress.

But 215-220?

@Utah-Agreed. Also, impressive physique yourself, bud.
@X-In a discussion about how much muscle you claim to have built, I would think that an analysis of you physique is relevant. You claim to have X amount of muscle. I’m not so sure after breaking down your physique. I just don’t see how you could have as much muscle as you claim when you neglect so much of you body. You are obviously that “top-heavy” guy in the gym that thinks back and bis is all there is to the world.

How tall are you?

Good for you…but what does that have to do with what I wrote?
6ft. You said I hadn’t gotten big and also continue to claim that one has to get fat to gain. I am proving you wrong. Is it tha hard to follow
So again, how would you possibly know what it takes to get to my size if you never did?
So again, how would you possibly know what it takes to get to his level of leanness if you NEVER HAVE.??

You really seem to struggle with the difference between lean weight and size vrs fat size and weight. It’s much different.

Ryan, aren’t you 6 foot tall and 220 with a six pack?

Also, when X says, “You haven’t gotten to my size”, I just chuckle. The guy really will never understand that size isn’t shit. It’s muscle mass that matters. Just talking about “size” all the time debases what bodybuilding is really about.

Okay thought I was getting a little goofy.

Hell I have not had a drink yet today.

This is all they do. As if it was ever different?

They spend hours literally lying and making shit up just to argue even if they really agree with what was written…and then some of you keep cheering it on…
Because you’ve done it for 11 years and people are finally tired of your BS. That’s why it gets cheered on. It’s like seeing the school bully finally get his ass kicked, or the loudmouth, shit-talking drunk getting punched in the face.

It did used to be different in that people used to simply tolerate your attitude. It didn’t have to be this way. You made your bed now you have to lie in it.
Ahh, so in your twisted head, you are going to act in a way you claim you hate?

You do realize what a hypocrite is, right?
Absolutely. But the kicker is I only do it to you. An eye for an eye. You, on the other hand, are a complete dick to everyone that disagrees with anything you have to say.

Stop being a prick and you will stop seeing prickish posts from me to you. I’m not going to hold my breath.
LOl at this. Apparently telling you the truth is “being a prick” to you.

You can rant about how lean you are, but if I ever mention I have more muscle than you, then that is me acting “superior”.

Got it.

You guys are a waste and detriment to this forum if this is all you are about.

For real.
Wrong. The “truth” has nothing to do with it.

THIS is being a prick:

Cool.
6 foot 220 with a six pack is really good, especially after less than 3 years training.
You could be much “bigger” if you loosened up your diet though and let those abs fade into oblivion.
I had the same goals as you.
I wanted to be 6 foot 230 and when I hit 235 (my avatar) I realized I wanted more ha ha
It’s a never ending worst for most.

Nice job man. Loled at the second part

I randomly put a number on it. It’s all about the look I have no idea how much I will weigh but with my lanky frame it will need to be decent. I can put on 10 lbs and ppl don’t know. Same with losing.

But I do know 8-9 % will be my walking around bf at whatever weight I end up at being the size I want to be if that makes any sense at all

? I have posted my legs and they have been as big as 31" at my heaviest. How do you see small legs?

My calves measure over 18" and while they are my worst body part, they are not that small…

Dude, my calves aren’t far from yours and my upper body is much smaller. That is saying something. Not to mention, my legs have recently been measured at around 30", so there’s that. Like I said, your lower body is lagging.

No, it isn’t saying something because calves much like forearms are very genetic.

Johnnie Jackson has calves just like mine.

Further, I haven’t seen your pics and 30" quads in bodybuilding are by no means considered small by anyone.
