Meal Ideas --- Let's Brain Storm

I am always thinking about new ideas for balanced meals.
Here are some:

Tuna + Canned Carrots
Almond + dried Apricots.
Noodles + Whey
Shaved Chicken Breasts on bread.

Please contribute to this post as I am designing a diet program.
I am not concerned about bulking or cutting as long as it is clean diet.

I mean at work when you can’t cook.

I like boiled chicken breast w/ a shit load of veggies and a serving of honey roasted peanuts

tuna,garbanzo beans, frozen peas, rice, fat free italian dressing chilled in a big bowl.

that sounds good as hell.

I like this one…its weird shell sounding BUTTTT its good…get a blender, powdered egg whites, oats and dry powdered milk. fry that shit up after you blend it then throw some ketchup on that bitch…yumm

how about the food you cooked from the night before you bring in to work?

i see no point in throwing together tuna with canned carrots when you can easily bring in ground beef or veggies or chilli of some sort
