McDonalds Worse Than You Once Thought

In-n-out nuckas.

I could probably eat like 7 double doubles.

We should have a T-Nation meet at an in-n-Out. I’ll bring the weights, we’ll deadlift, squat, bench and total out the weights, you will then eat your total weight in double doubles.

good luck.

That is only part of the story. When I was 16,I worked there while I was in highschool. The boxes that had meat in them said “contains 25% beef.” It made me think “what is the other 75% made of?” Lol.
When I worked there, it said 100% Canadian Beef… but I’m sure that was just the name of the box company. I wouldn’t be surprised if the meat was 50% newspaper.

The sad thing is that most people don’t understand the trans fat issue.

They know they are bad, but they figure that they are just like any other macronutrient.

What they don’t realize is that they are man-made land-mines.

same people that think reese’s are better for you because it has peanut butter in it.

I—JUST----ate 2 peanut butter cups for desert.

What the hell have I done to myself.

But they are good. Not as good as an Oreo, but damn good.
yeah me too! “its soo good when it hits your lips!” ahaha

if bacteria wont eat it, why the hell would i? i thought they bought the meat from a company called 100% beef - so technically they were 100% Beef patties - just like a Corvette is a Chevrolet Corvette…

Jeez I’m glad I live in Australia. Oour meat has less fat and even at McDonald’s the meat is meat.

So kangaroos are really that healthy?

It’s very lean meat and doesn’t have the contamination issues of other meats: you can’t feedlot 'roos.

i love taco bell but i pretty sure its jsut as bad if not worse than mcd’s i doesnt even look like meat. has anyone tried the kfc bowl? that thing is god

How about the burrito places that are springing up all over (I’m in Georgia)?.

Moe’s, Willey’s & Gecko Grill to name a few. I personally eat a Moe’s Joey about 4 times a week. Steak, black beans, cheese & tomatoes - not too shabby.

It’s just genetics…don’t you know that? Fat parents justify this through their “genetics”…from my experience.

Oh of course. All I’m saying is its too bad fat parents can try and better their fat kids.

It normally takes a chicken 6 months to grow froman egg to a mature bird.

Mcdonalds processors go from an egg to a mcnugget in 33 days!

How?

Hormones, what do you think those hormones and antibiotics are doing to you? Or your kids???

Dude…double quarter pounders with cheese taste good…plus…i prolly ate one once every few days over the last 3 months and noticed little to no change in body comp.
