McDonalds Worse Than You Once Thought

Did you know that highway patrolmen carry Big Macs in their car to disolve the blood on the street at the scene of an accident?

Did you know that if you leave a McChicken in a bowl of Pepsi for a week, it will grow legs and bite your dog’s paw?

LMMFAO!!

i’m not huge on bumping old posts, but today I have this craving for fast food, so thanks for the advice. I think i’m going to head to Five Guys instead.

this isn’t Mcbeef related but the McD’s down the street from my fam’s pizza shop has found band-aids in the french fries before.

just wanted to help spread the anti-McD’s attitude. that stuff is horrid.

eat real food.

Fast food nation should be a must read.

Well,as far is meat goes,Arbys is probably the healthiest.
They use quality chicken that has nothing added to it.
I still try cooking my meat at my house as much as I can and use free-rang/organic beef, fish, and chicken.
I think it tastes better, and the organic chicken is actually higher in protein.
So,that helps when I’m bulking.
I think my BBQed burgers taste better than growth hormone infested 25% beef Fatdonalds anyway.

If I had to live downwind from McDonald’s I would burn the motherfucker down. Or I’d put an ad in the paper, a fucking big one, that reads “Local guy loses 80 lbs living near McDonalds while on a quasi bulimia diet. ‘I just vomit whenever I inhale. It’s the odor.’”
I live at about 200 yards from a mcDonalds in a suburb-like area in Belgium, and really … I never eat there because of the smell that place sometimes generates on a monday morning … horrible shit …

ok not sure if Supersize Me was 100% true, but it turned me off of fast food big time. That guys body was shot after a month and the doctors said he couldnt take another. Im gonna make an educated guess that if you compare someone who eats just (or mostly) McDonalds to someone who smokes a pack a day, the smoker would outlive the fast food eater by years. Not like either is doing you any good though.

I dont understand why the government freaks out about a little second hand smoke in a bar or something like that when the whole country has blood pressure/heart/obesity problems from fast food. (ok maybe not the only reason but a very big piece of the puzzle)
Smoking in a restaurant and/or bar subjects the other patrons and employees to second hand smoke while eating shit food only effects the consumer of that food.

Majority rules as there are more non-smokers. Life ain’t fair.

all i know is i would kill for a burger and fries from there right now…i’ve been cutting for more than a month and i would kill you for it right now

I did know someone who ate 48 nuggets in one go, my PB is 33. Not recommended.

Anyway, the moral of this story is, if you find yourself backsliding in McD’s go for the grilled chicken stuff and not Le BiG Mac.

The sad thing is that most people don’t understand the trans fat issue.

They know they are bad, but they figure that they are just like any other macronutrient.

What they don’t realize is that they are man-made land-mines.

same people that think reese’s are better for you because it has peanut butter in it.

Lol.This is so true.My fat friend thinks trans fat is just like any other macronutrient. He’s like,“So,it’s just another kinda fat.” He then ends his “poor me I’m fat because I was born fat” speech with the most common phrase of all amongst obese people: " It’s not like one is going to kill me."
With this being said, how do you guys feel about the Metabolic Drive bars? It says no trans fat but you can say that on the label if you have .5 gram or less per serving. The ingredients say partially hydrogenated oil on the label so ya know there is still small amounts per bar.

I never knew that because I don’t eat protein bars.
I usually make my own(and when I do I make my own ,which taste better anyway).

I know some guys who will down 4 bars a day. That right there is 2 grams of trans fat.
Although I don’t agree with eating any trans fat at all,or even diet soda for that matter, all I can do is tell others.
If they don’t care then I don’t care,since I already told them.
If they want to do that I’m not gonna stop them. It’s their life, not mine.

Damn, don’t leap to assumptions or anything!

Anychow, McBeef has GH and steeroids, I’m going over there now for some McPatties!

…and to grow some McBoobies

There was a teacher back in high school who believed Chik-fil-a was the reason girls seem to develop earlier and larger these days, lol.

Well,I worked fast food for my first job when I was 16 and I was in highschool and half the girls that ate there had breasts at the age of 13.
But hey, some guys want the estrogen if they are bulking.Don’t ask me why.
Maybe they wanna stay in touch with their girly man side?

I ate a whole bag once. Let me explain. I had always loved McNuggets when I was growing up, and would order them on the side of a BigMac meal, but I never felt satisfied.

One Summer, I got a job at McD’s, and as the boss was a nice guy, we got to eat pretty much anything we wanted. So one day I decided to satisfy my lifetime craving for more nuggets. Just before my lunch break I put a whole bag of them into the fryer, cos my personal opinion is their shelf life is about 5 mins and you need to eat them fresh out. I was cleaning at another station as there weren’t any clients at that time; so the boss is walking around and sees all these nuggets frying, with no clients, and he shouts out “who put these fucking nuggets in the frier???” I tell him it was me, cos they’re for my lunch, and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then he stares at me, and very seriously says “you are going to eat every single last one of them, I will see to it”. [Gulp!]

5 mins later, there I am, in the employee area, with a bagfull of nuggets in front of me (36??? 48???), and a bunch of other workers chearing me on. Every now and again the boss would pop in to see how I was doing.

Well, I ate them all; it was difficult towards the end, but I did it (I did not want to end up cleaning the grease behind the cookers!). Then I went on to work 4 hours with a stomach ache.

It took me about 6-7 years to be able to eat another nugget. Funny that.

Also went off fast food for a couple of years. Interesting how these effects are similar to the Velocity Diet, only I put on about 10lbs of fat in 3 months instead of losing them.

To continue this interesting subject, my personal favorite has been Carls jr. or hardees for the east coast folk. I also like del taco. How many think that this is just as bad as mcd’s, and if so, or not, how about others? Jack, wendys, BK, etc.
