Mayonnaise Better Than Organic Peant Butter?

I would use either for a P+F

I might have 2 tbs of PB in 250 mls of Grow! to get

14 g fat / 30 g protein / 6 g carbs

or I could do 1 tbsp of tuna and mayo to get

11 g fat / 30 g protein / 0 g carbs

The PB meal has twice as much sat fat. and 8 grams of carbs, so it is a less strict P=F.

Basically, I’m just trying to make myself not feel guilty about slopping some mayo in the tuna. [or putting in on any other pure-protein foods]. Anyone have any dissenting points to make?

Go try the mayo. IMO it was easier to handle than PB. Organic or at least health food store mayonnaise was rather very satisfying, tasty, and fulfilled my pallete more so than peanut butter which sometimes can get old qiuck and is too dry.

REAL Mayo. I Repeat REAL mayo would be a good choice I suppose as uit is mainly egg. Go for it.
