Does anyone use Max Muscle products? I stopped in the local Max Muscle store (they have over 100 stores in the US) and picked up one of their blended-protein products - High-5. Tastes great and the macro counts looked good with low cals and low carbs. Of course, the owner said they have the best products available! They also have what looks to be a great nutritional coaching program available.
I am considering enrolling because I am looking for a way to structure all the knowledge that is available out here and in magazines. Another aspect to it is the one-on-one coaching available. There is so much info that I am goin into information overload.
