So I went to the pet expo on saturday with my wife and daughter we got there about 2pm, when we get there we decided to go to all the booths and see the dog whisperer later because the line was ridonkulous. Little did we know that the line was closed of at 330, I tried to bribe the security guard but he wasnt going for it.

My wife and I were pissed, my daughter was so sad she started to tear up, If you waited on a certain side of the floor you can, at least see him signing autographs and taking pics, so there we are three sad sacks watching one of our favorite personalites take pics. he glances over in our direction catches my daughters sad look, walks over to her gives her an affection pat on the head, talks to her and gives her an autograph…which was a very nice thing to do.

I imagine hes always doing appearances like this, but he took the time out to see my daughter which was awesome. Ill post some pics.

OK so I hit 405 for the past two weeks and failed at it today, so what gives. Im thinking above all I should take the tampon out of my ass. With that being said I went up to PA for the weekend and havent trained at all since last thurs. We hat a 120lb slow roasted pig, and I def ate 25 lbs of it lol, not to mention about a case of beer and a quart of glenlivit 15 yr old scotch, so there is my excuse.

First day training this week, have been sick…that annoying you can still go to work sick, but have to decide whether or not to train sick. I have learned the hard way that instead of having balls and train while sick it is actually better (for me) to tuck my sack between my legs and be a bitch about it, as I always end up getting really fucking cant get out of bed sick…soooo

Im going back to a normal split routine, did sort of a full body since feb time to change things up…different but the same,

I didnt DL today as I was not up to it, Im going to DL on Fri. Did Chest and Triceps today with all the other brotards.

Only trained twice this week due to a nasty sinus infection that left me sleeping until 5pm on Sat. I was given Levaquin, which made me incredibly tired and weak. Decided to give it a go and do short session today, it went better than shitty.

Start pulling off the floor (light weight rehab crap) and continue to hit rack pulls lowering the pins until pulling off the floor. I’ll just have to slow the progression down. I have never done high rep low weight training ever, this was more challenging than it looks, I enjoyed the change of pace and certainly feel it. With the assistance exercises at the end, I still can go relatively heavy, which is having the best of both worlds for me.
