OH! I spoke to LTG today, turns out he is pretty cool guy and he explained himself a little further…
He said that he wanted to compete in a natural BB comp as he figured he was a natty bber he said he admittedly did not read the rules and regs of the federation he was competing in (OCB) He went on to state that he was asked if he had taken illicit substances over the past 7 years to which he replied no when in fact he said that he had stop da juice about 3 years prior to trying to compete for this show…he did say he then read the guidelines and in fact to compete in the comp you could not have used a list of banned substances for 7 years.
For those in the know, is this plausible? 7 years is a long time!

Polygraph is widely used for drug testing because it is way cheaper than paying for lab tests (usually done on urine or saliva), and because the results are immediate. For lab work you often have to wait weeks.
The reason a guy has to be clean for such a long time is because you can go on the sauce for a year or two and, if done sensibly, you can keep most of that muscle for pretty much ever. In those 1-2 years some guys can gain 30, 40, or even 50 pounds if they know what they’re doing. That’s WAAAAAAAAY more muscle than a natty can ever hope to build in his lifetime. So if you’ve EVER been on the sauce, you could have generated a drug-induced advantage that puts you in a completely different playing field.
Some natty shows ask if you have EVER taken steroids. And some steroids can persist in your tissues for decades. Besides, if you wanna compete in a natural show, you really should be a “natural” athlete.

Some stuff can be out your system in weeks, forget months or years so a lot of natural fed’s use the polygraph or a combination. And let’s not forget that they still haven’t found a reliable HGH test yet.

Morn - Medium Banana Berry Smoothie, Med Iced Coffee milk 2splenda, 1 serving of almonds 1 serving of golden raisins,
1 Scoop ON Whey with Water
Banana
Afternoon - 3 whole egg omelette, spinach and swiss, potatoe, diet coke
1 serving almonds, 1 serving raisins,
1 scoop ON Whey with Water
Evening - 2 turkers burgers with bun and 2 slices of american cheese, Broccoli rabe,
1 sccop ON Whey with 2% Milk.
I haven’t done the math or anything but that just doesn’t seem like a lot of food? Guess if you’re reaching your goals then right on.
I figure I have 3 shakes per day and 3 meals, but Im open for advice I basically want to eat better, lower the starches somewhat, but your right maybe now eating too little, I know you dropped a ton of weight, I am trying to lose some fat, what do you suggest, should I be ingesting more animal protein?
