NOTES: My shoulders were on fire after all the pressing, couldnt get the 205 up again. DLing tomorrow. I like her voice so much Im gonna DL to her tomorrow. Though I think she would be a bad deadlifter, she has T-rex arms…DJ, she would proly have to pull Sumo lol.

Matty you have your military max at what 215? Have you been going up on it? Mine has stalled for a long time, but I think that is due to the injury to my shoulder.

That postWO meal is making me hungry!

So which one of those was your PR set? Were you supposed to get 3 with 205? Or do you just hit the required 3 reps at 185 and then go from there?

DJ - my max at the MP is actually set at 200, but for instance on the 65 75 85 percent cycle, and the the first set is 130, but for the sake of ease I just put 1 plate instead of looking for the smaller plates which are scattered. I dont follow the 531 protocol to a T, but just use it as the required reps then I go for a single or double then work sets.

Larry - Yeah man, I just do the required reps for 531 and go from there, I know I have bastardized it a bit, but it works for me. so the PR set was 205/1 but 531 max set for this week was 185/3. I liken it to a BBB template, with a few changes.

Nikki - Surprisingly my shoulders are feeling ok, never 100% but good enough!
