Woke up today with my sinuses clogged up like the hoover effing dam. I have learned that when I train while sick a couple of days turns into a couple of weeks, so Im gonna take it ez and hopefully be able to hit it friday and sat.

Yesterday I flipped the tires off my Honda Civic. I’m whipped.

Some months ago an interesting episode of “Undercover Boss”. It’s the TV show where a CEO tries working as one of his low level employees. The prez of NASCAR was put in the pit stop where he had to get tires on & off the racers. The tires weight 70# apiece. The other guys flipped them around like nothing, while the poor boss almost got a hernia.

Slowly creeping out of this latest sickness…I refuse to take any antibiotics as I my body has relied on them too much thus created a real shitty resistance. So I basically slept the past 2 days straight, I feel fat (well fatter than usual) soft and shitty. Im going to take my dogs on a loooong walk today. A big shout out to Reginald, Molly and Dutchess for staying by my side (as usual) when Im sick and being patient. I hope to be able to do something at the gym tomorrow.

UGH! Sucks about your congestion. Smart move to stay off the antibiotics unless they’re absolutely necessary. A walk will def do you good. Be careful though, you might feel a bit wonky…

Thanks guys just got back…it was well worth it the fresh air and sun helped me alot…my dogs however were bonkers, took em to the local dog run, they got some frustration out and now we hit the bed again, lol. Ill be at it tomorrow.

LOL, yeah man the one I was flipping was only 300lbs, the one that DJ just got delivered is 500 pounds…I got the 300 flipped I think around 12 times, its a goal to get the 600 lber flipped at least 8 times this summer/spring

I set my goal for 6 Matty in a station with the other stuff I have. Didnt get to try it out this weekend, the wife’s plans.
Any suggestion on gloves? Yes or No? What type?
MJ…hey man nah I just set these goals for myself, though one day I would like to enter a PL comp, just to get my feet wet and see how it is.
DJ…I just used some work gloves that were laying around, Im sure if you peruse some strongman sites they may have some gloves…they seem to work well.
