Me too. I was also listening to White Zombie and Jedi Mind Tricks today. Oh well, the music was awesome then. We sound like a couple of old folks, ha!
Yes! the best music came from that decade, check White Zombie’s I am Legend its a little slow, but gets me hella amped. From Jeru to Mudhoney to H2O to Sepultura…I actually try to turn on MTVU and MTV Jams but nothing gets me going more than music from that era.

NOTES…Just started to doing ghr’s as I am tired of of having the hamstring strength of Shirley Temple. There is no GHR machine at my gym so I rigged the lat pull down machine to do’em on the last few reps I looked like a fetus levitating…pretty embarrasing. But I really think my god awful DL is due to my lowerback and hammy weakness…
