Ill hit the gym in the am tomorrow, then take my dawgs on a marathon of a walk…then Im making a 20 ton Pernil, and some sides (which is my responsibility other people are making other stuff) go to the fams house at 7…drink about a gallon of Jamesons, try to avoid fighting with family members (who I love but we always fight, I almost got into a fist fight with my cousin last xmas because I thought my droid was better than his iphone…GEEK FIGHT!)
Then at about 12am…the kids will go ape shit over gifts
about an hour later I will curl up in a ball and cry! lol

They blocked T-Nation at my job?this blows, T-Nation was one of the few things that got me through the day. On top of being snowed in for the past 2 days (29 inches of snow) not getting paid for a job that was impossible to get to (literally impossible) I think Im sick again from shoveling out snow and helping others get out of their whips. Don’t you hate that? I don’t know why it bothers me so much, probably because the people do ab exercises on my assisted pull up machine and curl in my power rack.

This curling in the power rack thing, I know everyone on here knows its a big no no, but at my gym and im sure at yours everyone does it, big guys, fat guys, in shape girls, old ladies, legit bodybuilders etc It seems that only on TN that people know its a real dick move.
Then maybe I should start advertising TN in my gym so they won’t be so ignorant lol
Usually things don’t bother me unless the affect me, and the power rack curling bothers me on my leg days. I mean, I’m short so I end up half-squatting in the squat rack, I need the rails to be lower. Hence why I need the power rack, hence why I feel the need to blow up on the innocent souls muah haha
