Sooooo, I will institute a little bit of the boring but big along with the periodization style. It may save me some time as I figure I I stay by the cage for the almost all of the duration I can get in and out quicker. Although the later I go the more ridiculous shit I see, which makes it kind of fun as well.

Ok Im back after a week off after a fucked up respitory infection…Im on Arithrocyclin (the z pack) which makes me sick to my stomach and gives me the worst bout of anal gravy in the world.
but anywhooo, I was back at the gym today, didnt do 5/3/1 as I want to make sure I start it on my normal training days. I did bunch of shit and probably over exerted myself…because i’m an idiot.

You’re going to outgrow your gym if you decide to bump up the weight on the DB rows ;D
Lol…there really is no hardcore gyms around me, not that I care but the db’s go up to 125, which is pretty good at a commercial gym. This session came after a night of about a quart of Jamesons Irish Whiskey surprised I got my ass to the gym!
