do only one of you lift or do you guys lift the exact same shit for the exact same reps?
Ok well me and Matthaeus (the dude spotting me) and the guy who made this profile and started this log used to lift with me but he stopped going with me when he started school so now it’s just me carrying on with updating the log. I’m just to lazy to contact tech support to have the profile name changed.

I’m not using the box instead I’m even going a little deeper, in fact I’m pretty much going ass to grass. I am really feeling the difference now even in my warm ups. I dropped the heavy set back to 315. I probably had a little more in me but no way was i going ass to grass with my usual 365x8. The biggest shock was the widow maker set at the end, it really fucked me up and made my lower back damn sore on the walk home. However it’s about 30 minutes later now and I’m feeling back to normal. Really should look into getting a belt and some wraps but i have no idea where to get them in Montreal, or even what store carries these.
Today was the straw that broke the camels back with my gyms fucking shitty smith machines. I went to rack my first set with 135 and the right side hook is so loose and bent it just totally missed the pins. I wont be using this shitty ass machine until it gets fixed or they get a new one…fuck!
