i will check my weight this week, depending on what the deal is i will drop calories if i have to, and if i dont gain any weight ill go up back up by 350 after 2 weeks.
another thing, how many calories less should i consume on non-workout days? or on days when i have a double workout? should i keep the same macros for off days?
