That your year round doseages or the mast just whilst your cutting? How’s the blood pressure with Ephedrine, a metric ton of caffeine and Adderall? (Assuming T3 might have an impact as well?)
I dont have a standard protocol but if i were to go minimal effective dose, itd be 100 test 200 mast (or primo) 50 npp.
Just using what i have at the moment. Dropped the NPP because cutting.

I really should have stuck with cardio today but gym will be closed Thurs, so it was missing now and later or just later.
Slept like 4 hours, total zombie mode. Lowered volume significantly to compensate.

Depending on the type of t-shirt i 100% look bigger in a t shirt than tank top, its possible!
Yesterday - off
Kept diet good but not great. I got my protein in, kept fats very low, and smashed some carbs (mashed potatoes) so this is still very close to actual diet - but probably over 2k cals.
Update
A week and a half into 20mg adderall daily i got my modafanil.
I’m on day 3 of no Adderall.
I’m managing to stay awake fine, keeping my shit together, doing what i need to do.
Last night i hit the first of what I’d call withdrawal symptoms… started shaking, freezing cold in bed.
My bed is literally heated and i was under 3x the covers im normally under, and wife was being a furnace trying to keep me warm.
I just couldnt get warm despite being warm to the touch… i was shivvering uncontrollably for an hour or more.
Had another fit of it about 90 mins ago, but this one was shorter.
My appetite is weird. Hungry enough to make food, but disinterested after the first bite.
Anyways, I’m out doing cardio to just keep on keeping on. (30mins LISS)
Oh, and the scale only went up a half pound after yesterday, so there’s that.
No gym today, may hit it tomorrow pending how i feel. Was not expecting DT like withdrawal symptoms.
Yeah. That can be pretty intense. A friend of mine that knows a lot about pharmacology & whatnot said that the intensity and onset of withdrawl is closely correlated with the drugs half life.
So short half life- very fast onset, very intense.
Medium, long, etc.
