Can you comment on the qty/price/dosage?
Depends greatly on where you get it from, but I had it quoted from Defy Medical (prescribed) at around $250 for a 1mg vial which would last no more than a month (.25mg/wk minimum dose). Dosage can titrate up to 2mg/wk so you’re welcome to do the painful math of that one lol.
Found a couple different sources, one had quite a few reviews, purchases and I think even a Jano panel done on their stuff - they charged about $200 for 5mg of the stuff.
Unsure what my dosage will end up being, but I’ll probably start with .25mg/wk and see where that gets me.
I found a source that has 2mg vials for $120 each or better pricing if you purchase more. Still would be expensive though. Thought about trying it toward the end of my prep when the food is low and hungry AF!!
When are you starting to use it? Would love some feedback before making a decision to order or not.

I already know the gods will punish me for getting so many hours of sleep, just not sure how it will happen yet. Needless to say, I’ve avoided standing under dangling pianos today.
1/8/23 - Rest (unwanted)
No childcare at the gym, no overtime, no reason to drive out to the gym today so i didn’t, despite wanting to.
Went off diet yesterday and was still having some obvious hunger when it shouldn’t have been warranted (like right after eating) so i pinned another .25mg Semaglutide. Will continue with .25mg E3.5D unless needing to increase… it was hasty but needed.

Woke up early so I tried to finish out a gym session… need about an hour regardless of wait time apparently, so i couldn’t finish. At least i got a chance to flex on the morning plebs.
Was listening to another RP Mike Israetel video on training natty vs enhanced, and he’s selling me on his training system without needing to. Never really did any pre-exhaust before, but i think it’s worth giving a scholar try at some point. Going to finish out JPs FB and PPL split first though.

Considering changing my goal weight to be more like 195 or something. I’ve been chunky for so long im concerned the rebound weight is going to show up in force. Guess we’ll see how successful i am; the rate I’m cutting at should lead to 2.5-3lbs/wk. Cut duration is currently planned for 11 more weeks.

Sleep quality is worse than usual, hunger is non-existent, libido is there but diminished a bit (not necessarily a bad thing). Still running Semaglutide at .5mg/wk split dose E3.5D. I’m TIRED.
Abs are coming in for sure, will post a progress pic in Feb I think. Have been considering changing end-goal of the cut to be more like 195lb or maybe even 190… purpose is to hit an honest 10% BF so I can stay between 10-15%BF year round and better utilize nutrients. Never too fat to cut, never so lean I lose muscle - that is the goal.
I’m bad at logging macros on the weekends because that’s when I eat my non-meal prep foods… maybe I’ll just treat this as a food log on the weekends and just summarize what I ate.
