Masculine Excellence Requires Discipline

Alright well you guys asked for it.


Included in today’s selection of cheat foods:

  • 3lbs snow crab legs
  • 1lb each clams and mussles (cooked in beer whine and butter)
  • 1 bag mushroom ravioli, cooked in seafood juices and topped with meyer lemon and premium parmesean cheese

Lets see how much of this manages to escape my belly.

There were no survivors; the shells were lucky to be spared. Was going to get king crab legs but the $40/lb price tag was a hard pass. Got away with only spending like $50 total for this cheat meal… if only i could be a normal person who eats like a $10 pizza for a cheat meal :roll_eyes:
