I spotted someone mentioning leaning and squats… My classic prob as well!! Frustrating because I know you have the ass, av and glute strength. I didn’t see the vid again, but from my experience its hard wired brain shit. I’m trying to open my stance a bit, but that too I’ve managed a bit of a lean, and its hard to tell when you hit depth for me at least.

Anyways, here’s a pic from almost precisely last year…so you see, not THAT much different. What’s funny is that I weigh a bit less now than I did then (131 compared to 133), and I look a lot thicker now - probably due to the carb load of Friday (and last night, damn you Marshmallows!).
I won’t lie though, I’ve worked harder these last two weeks than I have in a long time, so my body is probably going through a “WTF?!” stage. And I’m not surprised that my tri’s are huge considering all the fucking tri-work i’m doing…
Anyways, my diet’s stayed largely the same. I tried eating normally (6 meals a day) when I first started this training, but that doesn’t work for me. I just can’t eat during the day! I don’t have time and it isn’t satisfying, plus eating makes me sleepy (i’m like a baby). So I’m still doing my warrior-diet with a few snacks (grapefruit, boiled eggs, nuts) during the day, and then my mega meal at night after training. That usually lands me around 1800 cals a day, <100 carbs. Then I have a major cheat DAY on Saturday (toast was eaten at 1am, that’s saturday right?) which puts me well into 3k cals +. I think my body is just used to this, so it works for me.
Anyways, aside from super DOMs (ugh!), I feel good ![]()
