Actually, thanks to everyone who commented on the lifts! The fact that y’all even care to comment means the world to me! Lots of great feedback from many of you, and I’ve implemented a lot of it already.

My wife’s favorite AC/DC song for training is “Let Me Put My Love Into You”. Not gonna argue with her. But very distracting when we train together and she is loudly singing along.
