I have a drill that addresses all three of those things, but it requires a partner and can last all night if done properly. More than happy to tutor you on my methods.

Im so jelly. I havent been able to touch a ball for about 2 months now as I recover from my adductor injury. Watching you has made me all excited. Im going to start training with the ball after Xmas.
I got some drills for you if you want. I like to have 5 makers in a straight line about 1 apart.
Dribble through using both feet, up and down, x 3.
Dribble through only using only one foot, up and down, x 3.
Dribble through using the other foot…
Dribble through using both feet, but only the outside of the feet, up and down, x 3.
Dribble through using both feet using only the inside of your feet…
Finish of with 2 sets of shuttle runs(without the ball).
You get about 1 minute break between each set.
I also like to practice passing the ball at a wall, and practice feinting when recieving, making sharp turns etc etc.

With the music selection in that vid, it looked more like ‘dance class’ than ‘agility drills’. Nice work Masch, you’re freaking QUICK on your feet.
