Love the new Avi Maschy…a great way to keep your eyez on the prize…You know if you werent Freddie Mercury my second guess would have been your moms first!

The low box squat with the risers was a great a tool for me, I cant get depth for shit and when I low box squatted for a month with %60 of max it really trained me to guess my fat ass down further, your a better squatter than me so it will work wonders for you!

If the reverse lunges in your Lower 1 workout give you issues, try Bulgarian Split Squats instead! My knees have been giving me issues but I feel absolutely solid when I do these. Even starting out with BW is a killer.

I’ve actually made a few changes to my cycle, basically just switched the aux work on my lower days so that I can vary-up which muskels i’m hitting and not doing all front on one day, all back on the other. If that makes sense…

And yeah, pixie, freaking love BSSs!! I just had them in my last cycle and took them out this time, but I’m actually adding them back in BUT this time with my front foot elevated. Yeah buddy! Thoroughbred legs!!

Also, please to have gratuitous abs pic (a la Lula!). From fatty-fat days, this took me about 2 weeks of “clean eats” (i.e. not binge eating/drinking THAT much). Average daily calories 1800, 100g of carbs.

Alas, I’ve ruined it all in two days and my abs are gone, gone I tell ya! sad face

I’m on a ad hoc vacation in Appalaccia helping my friend prep his cabin for winter-time (its amazing that he has internet, yet sporadic heat), and our other friend Marissa who is here with us is a master baker, so yeah…I’ve been eating a lot home-made bread, apple pie, chocolate-cherry cookies, coffee cake…mm…

Up! Thanks, mama! coming from you, Queen of Abs and Hip Crease, that means a lot! I don’t do ab rollouts, but maybe I should…I’m really wary of abs workouts b/c I have a boyish figure and don’t want to thicken my waist (not that ab rollouts will do that btw), so I just do pilates 1x a week and that seems to help keep things somewhat toned. I know I should hit abs more if I want to lift heavier, but fuck it.
