Also, if this is now about who has made progress and who hasn’t, then everyone here needs proof of their own accomplishments before they make fun of anyone else.
There are people following me around who I have never seen a clear picture of to tell if they even lift…but they are this concerned about Marzouk?
I mean, he wasn’t built but he wasn’t as bad as some others I’ve seen here…who have spent way more on supplements.
So, they aren’t mad because someone got talked about at all…they are pissed because we noticed someone working on strength wasn’t big at all and between ourselves discussed how it was inefficient for that goal.

I sure hope everyone acting like this actually looks impressive or has achieved something most would consider to be.
