I agree with waittz, I think there’s a beastly physique waiting to be revealed under there. Remember Marzouk, you may never get an opportunity like this again. Put in the work now, it’ll be hard going but so worth it
Bit of an update, arrived back in Egypt this afternoon and man am i worn out!
My step-father is visiting for a week so im on tour guide duty as well. Back to normal by wednesday next week so i don’t know when i’m guna fit workouts in but i do have some equipment that i have at home to work with, also should be able to eat clean until then,
Weighed 259 today, this wasn’t a morning weigh in and i’ve eaten as well. So will take a more accurate reading tomorrow.
