Ya I think everybody needs a little tough love at some point for sure.Walkway does come across pretty harsh at times, does not sugar coat and gives a straight foreword no b/s answer which is good and I can understand his frustration.It’s a choice of words that said out loud can set yourself up to fail.I think we’re all guilty of this at times.With that being said marzouk your doing a great job,keep at it and realize your making life changes and it’s not a temporary fix.Don’t let those choice of words creep into you head big guy.

I agree tough love is extremely affective.

Tough love = Marzouk, you need to remove the word, “hope,” and the mentality associated with the word from you vocabulary. People use the word hope to set themselves up with an excuse down the road. You are doing a good job, but you are by no means close to you goals and only you can push through to reach your goals. No one can do it for you, no one can is going to hold your hand, and, “hope,” has nothing to do with it. You can do it. Get it done, man.

His repeated word choice (cause that quote i posted was from his Cycle thread in the roid section, not this or his plea for help thread) shows that he is a bit self defeatist and seems to believe that there is an element of chance that may hold him back from progressing.

He doesn’t need everyone blowing smoke up his cooch saying “aw man forget the haterz you can nail this I believe in you”, cause quite frankly I have yet to have seen any of these so called haters posting, saying he CANT and SHOULD NOT do it.

Everyone I have seen post has had positive meaning behind what they have said, even this right now I mean in the best way possible to you Marzo, you just need to start believing that you will do it and there is no element of chance.

There are very few barriers present that limit his potential to finally no longer be fat, he has steady income, access to adequate nutrition and facilities, he has great coaching and he has people on this very forum providing support on a daily basis

The only weak link that has become apparent is his mentality that he hopes he can do it, and in all honesty wtf does that mean? It’s a guy losing fat (and not even really that much fat tbh), it aint the hardest thing in the world or the most unlikely thing to happen.

What’s so wrong about this? We’re not talking to a little kid, he’s a grown man. And if he’s assisted why does he even need help? He’s not doing a show is he?

I mean how does every physically accomplished guy do it? Cry out for help or take the bull by the horns and force a change. Take out all the minute details that Zraw can obviously provide and if he does the simplest of plans and just busts his ass and eats DECENT he’ll look great especially with any assistance thrown in.
